Dave Mahoney – Managing Director

Dave was born and educated in the UK and began his career there, handling probate matters and wills/estates administration.

He then moved offshore to Guernsey, and in an offshore finance industry career spanning 28 years has worked for an accountancy firm and major banking groups in Guernsey, Jersey, Grand Cayman and the Bahamas, handling complex multi-jurisdictional offshore structures, for ultra-high net worth clients worldwide, whilst most recently providing consultancy services on risk management, operational procedures and regulatory compliance matters to offshore banks. He holds numerous senior board positions in diverse trading operations in the UK, Europe, Asia and the United States.

Andy Ogier – Director

Andy was born in Guernsey and educated at Elizabeth College. He holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management and is a long-standing member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Andy has worked in the offshore finance industry for over 20 years. He started his career at a major banking group and then a large life insurance company, before moving into the fiduciary sector in 1999. Prior to joining the board of Hauteville, Andy was a manager at Kleinwort Benson, a leading international private bank, where he specialised in managing large family trust structures, handling complex multi-jurisdictional offshore structures for high net worth clients worldwide. He currently holds numerous board positions in diverse trading operations both locally and in the Cayman Islands.

Nicky Patch – Personal Assistant

Nicky was born and educated in Guernsey and started out as a Secretary/PA in both the offshore finance industry and for a couple of local legal firms dealing with litigation, matrimonial and corporate law.

Nicky then moved onto Company Secretarial where she has built up 12 years experience dealing with both licensed and unlicensed Guernsey registered companies and limited partnerships with open & closed ended portfolios and real estate.

Prior to joining Hauteville, Nicky worked for a small web design & marketing agency where she had responsibility for operational matters.
